Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Service was impeccable. Very comfortable and clean and the hotel decor was tasteful.
Limited parking, but I was accommodated just the same.
The staff were ok, the room was ok, It was just ok, we had moved from Long Island City Hotel as we were stuck due to the Volcano, there was no comparison. I definately wouldn't recommend it.
Convenient to Subway D line which heads into Manhattan. Also convenient to Brooklyn attractions like the Botanic Gardens and Brooklyn Museum. Neighborhood seemed safe, but skiddish should stay away. Interesting Asian restaurants in nearby Brooklyn Chinatown.
As others stated, slamming doors during night and early morning. Cleaning crews seemed serious, but still there were hairs on my sheets when I got there. Gross. You get what you pay for.
Good value for the money
Too small, need air freshener

We enjoyed our stay. Your hotel met our expectations as for location, budget, friendly and clean atmosphere. Thanks
During the night and early morning hours we were constantly awoken by slamming doors and loud guests.
Cleanliness of the room, and kindness and availability of the staff.
Really noisy. Despite being at the 4th floor, sounds from the outside (cars, ...) got in as if we were outside.
It is a really nice hotel for the price...rooms were very clean, the service was very good and the hotel was really close to the subway.
Not a lot!
The receptionist was chinese. Got to the room turned on tv the channel I got was chinese. Went back to reception and enquired about places to eat. Was told Many restaurants round corner. There were indeed, all chinese! We were in the middle of Chinatown. Had we known that hotel was located here we would not have booked it.
Very close to subway, clean, not busy or overcrowded, free parking.
No microwave, no fridge, says laundromat in ad but its really a laundry in the neighborhood about 2 blocks away, Parking is only about 11 spaces, so get there about an hour before check in to get a spot and plan on leaving it there for entire stay so you don't lose your spot. I didn't appreciate the staff cleaning at night, can hear them in the hall etc. Also, sleep with the fan on to cover up outside traffic and occassionally the el train. Desk clerk was always on phone, for a hotel that wasn't that busy, it was excessive..also used personal cell phone while at work.
For the area this was a really well kept hotel.
Their breakfast is only from 6-9am which is ridiculous.
the staff was accomodating. The location was not good for my purposes. The area the hotel is not very good. Transportation was a problem
Good location for Brooklyn trips. Right next to Green-Wood Cemetery. It's actually a pretty nice hotel for the location, and the staff were very nice.
It's a little far from Manhattan, if that's the goal of the trip. At least a 30-40 minute trip back in to the city each way.
It was very close to Manhattan Area with the Metro. Its value with this amount of money was really high..
The surrounding, especially east side of the hotel, was a little bit freightining for a foreigner.
In kind of a seedy area in Brooklyn, places to eat but nothing too nice. About 45 - 60 minute subway to Times Square. Very quiet, not touristy, nd you really feel like you're "living" nyc if you stay here.
Not a very good area.
